Project Overview

Vertex Commerce came to us with a checkout flow that was losing nearly a third of customers between cart and confirmation. We redesigned the entire purchase journey around a single-page checkout, added inline validation instead of full-page error reloads, and built a custom PHP/MySQL order pipeline that could handle flash-sale traffic spikes without falling over. Conversion improved within the first month, and the platform now comfortably handles their biggest sales day of the year.
