Project Overview

Nexora was managing inventory across multiple locations through email threads and paper lists, which led to constant stock discrepancies. We built a central operations dashboard that syncs stock movements in real time across every location, with clear low-stock alerts and an audit trail for every change.

The team can now trigger reorders directly from the dashboard, and location managers only see the data they're responsible for, thanks to fine-grained role-based permissions. Within the first two months, time spent on the monthly stock reconciliation dropped by more than half.
